NSEPL is an initiative launched to improve the quality and standards of work in the pre-school education sector. We are a team of highly qualified experts in the field of child development with extensive experience in international curriculum models and development. We utilize our vast experience working with children and training teachers to go beyond the traditional forms of curriculum development in Indian pre-schools. We accomplish this by supplying services to independent pre-schools in India that wish to raise their working standards with children to international levels.

THE CORE TEAM

APARNA KRISHNAN


Aparna is enthusiastic about child development and dreams of bringing forth new ideas and a more professional approach towards early childhood education in India. Her background in psychology and interest in educational psychology prompted her to pursue a Master (research based) in Human Development from SNDT University. Her interest in early childhood education and research resulted in lectures and workshops in University with the Masters students. Aparna is currently working as an educator planning and implementing the Early Years Learning Framework with children. She also works as a bi-cultural support worker helping and supporting children and families to adjust to new educational set ups.

AVANI RASHNE


Avani holds a Bachelor in Commerce, Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education, Bachelor in Education and Masters in Education from the University of Mumbai. She has also completed a certificate course on 'Phonetics and Phonology' from the University of Mumbai.  She has passionately completed twenty two years in academics performing different roles in teaching and administration. Holds wide experience of teaching variety of subjects to the students of different classes and teacher trainers. She has successfully managed academic administration at school level including bringing in needed C.B.S.E. affiliation to school. Has participated in various training workshops/seminars in last decade. Her excellent communication skills and ability to manage relationships with colleagues with positivity and professionalism are highly valued.

JEENAL DESAI


Jeenal is passionate about child development and learning and has a vision to bring reforms within the current early childhood education sector in India. After gaining Bachelors and Masters Degree in Human Development from University of Mumbai, she worked as a Teacher Trainer and later progressed as Quality Head for a leading preschool chain in India with rapid expansion plans, giving her hands on experience in managing regional operations, setting up new centres across India, designing curriculum, documenting progress reports of preschool children, conducting orientation programs, seminars and workshops. Jeenal is currently working as a Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies and Education.

Qualification: 

  • B.Sc (Microbiology ) from Bombay University in June, 1990.
  • Diploma in Clinical Analysis from Sophia College in June, 1991.
  • Vedic Maths Teacher Training Course from "The Wisdom Tree" in the year 2020 & 2021.

Experience:

  • Vedic Mathematics Program from October 2020 - present.
  • Spoken English Program for children and ladies from December 2016 - present.
  • Centre Manager of NorthStar Education Pvt. Ltd. from March 2017 - May 2020.

KAVERI HARCHEKAR


Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University in March, 2009.
  • PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education from SNDT University in May, 2010

Experience:

  • Centre Head cum pre-primary teacher with Tulips Preschool at Vasai East since June 2019 - present.
  • Phonics Teacher at Young Minds, A Learner’s Academy at Vasai East since November 2017 to present.
  • Has been working in pre-schools as an E.C.E trainer, supervisor and a pre-school teacher from past 10 years.

TASNEEM KAGALWALA


Qualification: 

  • Bachelor of Arts (Economics) in the year 2002
  • E.C.E from “The Tree House” in the year 2009
  • Abacus Teacher Training Course from " The Wisdom Tree" in the year 2020 & 2021.

Experience: 

  • 12 years experience as a pre-school teacher in “Little Wonders Playgroup and Nursery”.
  • Phonics and Grammar Teacher at Young Minds, A Learner’s Academy at Vasai East since June 2015 to present.
  • Has introduced Abacus classes at NorthStar Education Pvt. Ltd.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Last updated: May 10, 2021

If, as a Student, you wish to cancel a confirmed enrolment made via the website after enrolment to the Course, no refund will be made in respect of services/tuitions already begun.

If We cancel a confirmed enrollment will return the Course Fees paid by the Student which shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Student.

A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to contact@northstaredu.in or by calling us on +917028923755 within 7 days of enrolment.

No refund will be provided after 7 days of enrolment. Also, even if no services/tuitions have been availed, no refund will be provided after 7 days.

Refunds shall be made to the bank account after 30 working days of receipt of payment.
